Handle HR requests in one place.

Nexla gives HR operations teams and their agent the tasks that span HR, IT and finance: new hires ready on day one, access closed on the last day, policy questions answered and headcount reports kept current.

On Microsoft, AWS, Databricks and Snowflake marketplaces. Talk to our team

Animated example. Four HR ops tasks run across Snowflake, Workday, Google Workspace, Greenhouse, Okta, Slack, ServiceNow and SharePoint. For each one the agent asks a question, Nexla adds the team's definitions, calls the systems the task needs and returns an answer that names who it ran as. The same tasks are listed in the next section.

Four tasks your HR ops team already runs.

Each task gives your agent only the tools and context its job needs, across every system it touches.

Where the time goes today

  • Onboarding is a checklist split across HR, IT, facilities and the hiring manager.
  • Offboarding leaves accounts open in tools outside the identity provider.
  • The same PTO, benefits and policy questions fill the HR inbox every day.

Governed on every request.

  • Identity on every request

Each answer uses the permissions of the person asking, in every source system.

  • Scoped tools

A task exposes only the reads and writes its job needs. Writes run only where you allow them.

  • Lineage and audit

Every tool call is logged with who asked, what was read and what changed.

  • Deploy your way

What HR ops teams ask first.

Can employees see other people's data?
No. Identity is checked on every request, so an employee's agent sees only what that employee can see in Workday and the other source systems.
Where does employee data stay?
You can run Nexla in Nexla's cloud, in your private VPC or on premises. Nexla is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, with HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA compliance.
Which HR systems are supported?
Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Greenhouse, Lever, Okta, ServiceNow and more. Nexla has 1,000+ connectors that read and write.
Will it remove access on its own?
Only if you allow it. By default it opens removal requests for review, and every action is logged.
